Customer Success Manager
Join our team as a Customer Success Manager to ensure our healthcare customers achieve their goals with NexusHealth. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them get the most value from our platform.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful implementation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
- Identify opportunities for expansion and upselling
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Create training materials and documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience with healthcare or enterprise SaaS customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
- Experience with CRM and customer success tools
Nice to Have
- Clinical or healthcare industry background
- Experience with medical software implementations
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements
