Terms of Service

By accessing or using NexusHealth's services, operated by KCraft Studio LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

NexusHealth provides a healthcare platform for documenting neonatal eye examinations, managing patient records, and facilitating ROP screening workflows.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of NexusHealth complies with applicable healthcare regulations. Healthcare providers must ensure their use of the platform meets local regulatory requirements.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

NexusHealth and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the service. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.

KCraft Studio LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, you may request export of your data.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KCraft Studio LTD, Neofytou Nikolaidi & Theod. Kolokotroni, ONISIFOROU CENTER, 2nd floor, Agios Theodoros, 8011 Paphos, Cyprus; Email: contact@kcraft.io) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KCraft Studio LTD regarding the use of NexusHealth. These terms supersede any prior agreements or communications between the parties.
