Configure and manage facilities.

Facility Management

Manage healthcare facilities, their configurations, and subscriptions from the Admin Dashboard.

Facility List

Access facilities from the main navigation:

Adding a Facility

  1. Click "Add Facility" button
  2. Fill in facility details:

  1. Click "Create Facility"

Facility Types

Facility Profile

Click on a facility to view its profile:

Editing a Facility

  1. Open facility profile
  2. Click "Edit" button
  3. Update necessary fields
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Facility Status

Active

  • Facility is operational
  • Users can access mobile app
  • Examinations can be documented

Suspended

  • Facility access is disabled
  • Users cannot log in to this facility
  • Data is preserved

Managing Status

Suspend a Facility:

  1. Open facility profile
  2. Click Actions > "Suspend"
  3. Add reason (optional)
  4. Confirm suspension

Activate a Facility:

  1. Open suspended facility
  2. Click Actions > "Activate"
  3. Facility is immediately accessible

Subscription Management

Per-Facility Plans

Each facility has its own subscription:

Subscription Information

  • Plan name and tier
  • Billing cycle
  • Next billing date
  • Payment status

Changing Plans

  1. Go to facility's Subscription tab
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select new plan
  4. Confirm change
  5. Billing adjusts automatically

Facility Settings

Configure facility-specific settings:

Examination Defaults

  • Default follow-up intervals
  • Required fields
  • Documentation templates

Notifications

  • Email alerts for due follow-ups
  • Daily/weekly summary reports
  • Critical finding alerts

Data Export

  • Export patient data
  • Export examination records
  • Download facility reports

Deleting a Facility

Warning: Facility deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

  1. Ensure no active patients or pending examinations
  2. Transfer or export all necessary data
  3. Remove all user assignments
  4. Contact support for deletion request

Best Practices

  • Keep facility information up to date
  • Regularly review user assignments
  • Monitor examination statistics for quality
  • Use appropriate subscription tier for facility size
  • Configure notifications for timely follow-ups
