Starting an Examination
- Select a patient from the list

ROP Classification
For each eye, document:
Stage (0-5)

| 4 | Partial retinal detachment |
| 5 | Total retinal detachment |
Zone (1-3)

| Zone 1 | Posterior pole (most severe) |
| Zone 2 | Middle zone |
| Zone 3 | Peripheral (least severe) |
Extent
Document the clock hours affected (1-12 hours)

Risk Assessment
Based on findings, classify the case:

| Low | No ROP or Stage 1 in Zone 3 |
| Moderate | Stage 2 or Zone 2 involvement |
| High | Stage 3+, Zone 1, or Plus disease |
Follow-up Scheduling
Set the next examination date:
